Careers

Pico is constantly searching for people who we are able to share a “beverage” with and talk about their passion in life and technology. We favor those with a quest for knowledge, who can excel in a small team-based, self-motivated environment while checking their ego at the door, over pure technical acumen. Our employees come largely from bulge bracket capital markets firms who want to scale down to meet with Pico’s scaling up. We want out of the box thinkers that do “things” better and do not settle for anything less.
